The Arkansas State Library Board meets quarterly in February, May, August and November, traditionally on the second Friday of the month. Dates are subject to change and are posted on this page and on the Calendar of Events.
Meetings are held in the Bessie Moore Conference Room at the Arkansas State Library, and are livestreamed via Zoom. Members of the public may attend meetings virtually via Zoom or in person.
Public Comment
Members of the public who want to comment on agenda items should email State Librarian Jennifer Chilcoat at [email protected] by 10:00 a.m. on the day before the meeting.
Public comment will be limited to three minutes and will be heard immediately prior to adjournment.
All comments are expected to be respectful and directed to the board as a whole.
