Library workers in the state of Arkansas can enhance their customer service skills through three new webinars offered by People Connect Institute (PCI) on October 23, 2024. Three back to back webinars will focus on different aspects of customer service for front line library workers. Library workers in the state of Arkansas can register for one, two, or all three webinars.
- Handling New and Awkward Customer Behaviors, 11:30 a.m.
- Nonverbal Matters: Using Body Language to Communicate Effectively with Your Customers, 1:00 p.m.
- Unlocking Customer Satisfaction: The Role of Goal-Oriented Listening and Empathetic Communication to Improve Customer Interaction, 2:30 p.m.
Registration is required, and participants must submit a separate registration form for each webinar. All three webinars will be archived and can be viewed any time after airing.
