Join the Arkansas State Library to learn about E-Rate for Funding Year 2026 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027), including program and product eligibility updates.
Two online training sessions will be offered to allow participants to register for the training that best fits their E-Rate needs and level of experience.
E-Rate Basics for Funding Year 2026
E-Rate Basics will cover the E-Rate process including required forms, program timeline, program rules, and changes for the upcoming funding year. This program is targeted at libraries new to the E-Rate process and those who are seeking an E-Rate refresher.

Category 2 Budgets and Eligible Services for Funding Year 2026
Category 2 Budgets and Eligible Services will cover funding formulas for internal network equipment and services for the FY 2026 – FY 2030 budget cycle and the equipment and services eligible for FY 2026. This session will examine the new 5-year Category 2 budget formula, explore EPC Category 2 tools, and review the equipment and services eligible for E-Rate discounts.
