If you have ever traveled to Central or South America, you may have come across or heard about the Red Poison Dart Frog. The poison dart frogs’ brightly colored bodies serve as a warning to us and their predators of their toxicity.
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to identify red frogs in your life, discover ways to conquer them, and avoid future red frogs. Participants will also learn essential communication skills that enhance workplace dynamics and conflict management skills.

Lunch Information
Forty-five minutes will be allotted for lunch, and participants are encouraged to remain on site during this break. During registration, participants can choose between a pre-paid lunch catered by Newk’s, or to bring their own lunch.
Pre-paid lunch is $20, and must be paid by October 1.
If you opt for the catered lunch, please register early enough to receive an invoice and remit payment to the State Library by October 1.

Andrew Sanderbeck — Biography
Andrew Sanderbeck is positive realist. He champions meliorism, the belief that we can contribute to positive change and improve the world and our community, through acts of love, creativity, compassion and kindness.
For more than 20 years he has presented at national, state and regional conferences, meetings and retreats worldwide.
He is the author of three inspirational books and his latest book, Don’t Eat the Red Frog will be published by this year.
