Melissa Lattanzi is the Continuing Education Coordinator, Northeast Ohio Regional Library System. She has worked with libraries for over 25 years supporting her library members with timely and valuable training. Melissa is Microsoft Office Certified and has been teaching Microsoft products throughout her career.
