If All Arkansas Read the Same Book – A Gathering of the Book Clubs with Sarah Penner

The Arkansas Center for the Book at the Arkansas State Library presents a book-club style discussion of Sarah Penner’s novel, The Amalfi Curse. This will be a virtual program. Book clubs and individuals are invited to join the discussion online via Zoom Webinar. Sarah will join the discussion virtually.

This event is free of charge and open to the public.

Sarah Penner is the New York Times and internationally bestselling author of The Lost Apothecary and The London Séance Society. Her books have been translated into more than forty languages, and her debut novel, The Lost Apothecary, has sold over one million copies worldwide. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Kansas and spent thirteen years in corporate finance. She now writes full-time, and in her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, and cooking. She also sits on the board of her local animal shelter, Friends of Strays. Sarah and her husband live in Florida.

Copies of The Amalfi Curse (Park Row Books, 2025) are available at every public library branch in Arkansas as well as in Libby.
