Rebecca Marchiafava — Biography

Rebecca is the founder of Culture Work LLC, where she consults with organizations to build work environments that enhance collaboration, engagement, effectiveness, and well-being. Her professional background spans public education, public policy, violence prevention, health promotion, and trauma-informed organizational leadership.

Rebecca has worked with library systems to cultivate awareness and action to prevent staff burnout and create safer environments for library employees and patrons alike.

Rebecca has in-depth experience managing workplace conflict, is trained in conflict mediation and has trained and written extensively on the issue of workplace conflict. An experienced speaker, facilitator, and consultant, Rebecca is passionate about helping to build workplaces that are engines of health and well-being.
