This workshop will provide participants with an overview of best-practices for public financial management. The workshop will focus on the nuts and bolts of the financial management process including understanding revenue and expenses, key budgetary players at the local level, procurement regulations in the state of Arkansas, and record keeping.
This is an in-person workshop. There is no fee to attend. Registration is required and limited to 35 participants.
