Trouble Shooting
For those in Arkansas unable to access Traveler after enabling location services:
- Visit Traveler’s authentication service’s diagnostic page
- Take a screen shot of the diagnostic results
- Send the image along with current geographic location in a message to katie.walton@ade.arkansas.gov.
